We believe that at any real estate brokerage, the relationships developed internally among staff members are invaluable. Other agencies often say the same thing and then enforce unfair commission splits, inflexible obligations like mandatory desk time, and constant fees. Not us. At Paradiso Real Estate, we respect and value the independence of our agents which is why we have developed one of the most rewarding commission systems in Chicago. Instead of a mandatory policy, we let our agents choose between two flexible programs:

Option 1- Flat Fee

  • Agent pays a $500 monthly fee
  • Agent keeps 100% of his or her commissions
  • A more lucrative option for agents selling in excess of $350k per year in gross sales

Option 2- Split Commission

  • Agent receives 75% of his or her commission
  • Agent is not subject to any monthly fee

Beyond strong compensation, we commit to our agents in numerous other ways:

  • Each agent has his or her errors and omissions insurance paid for by the broker.
  • Agents have access to our fully-equipped Lakeview office on Southport near Addison.
  • There are no fees for the use of office supplies, space, or equipment.
  • Though the agent is responsible for any personal print marketing or additional listing marketing, our Marketing Director will assist with the development and design of marketing materials.
  • Any leads the office generates are distributed fairly.
  • Each listing is given print collateral and extensive online promotion.
